NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Gray News) – An argument over a parking space in a Walmart parking lot in Florida ended with a 62-year-old man shot to death by a woman. The Broward Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a shooting at the Walmart in Florida. The shooting occurred in the parking lot, according to the press release.

Authorities say Diguglielmo was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Officials confirmed that the two were in an argument about a parking space when the shots were fired. An unknown woman has since remained at the scene, and while in custody with officers, stated that she was acting in self-defense when shooting Diguglielmo.

His daughter, Amanda, identified to local news as Diguglielmo’s child called him a “good man” with experience serving in the military and working as a ER trauma nurse.

He also has three children. Police say no arrest was made at the time of the report, and currently, there are no charges in connection to this case.
